Are your tops padded?
No, our tops are not padded. Please check the product descriptions for more details.
Do you offer customization?
We do not offer customization at this moment.
How do I choose the right size?
Check our size chart on each product page to find your perfect fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us via Instagram or email.
When will certain products be restocked?
We usually don't restock our prints once they sell out. However we do drop the same styles in different prints from time to time. Follow us on Instagram to stay updated!
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns and give store credit for the amount paid (minus the shipping fee). Returns must be placed within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We do not accept returns or refunds on sale items and jewelry. Exchanges are currently not available Click here for more.
Do you offer refunds?
No we do no offer refunds. A refund is only issued in case a customer receives a damaged product or items from the order are missing. An unboxing video is mandatory for refunds.
How long does delivery take?
We take 7-14 business days pan India. If your delivery address is in or around Mumbai, delivery will take 4-10 business days. A delay by 2 additional days can sometimes occur, your patience is appreciated.
Do you offer express shipping?
Currently, we do not offer express shipping. All orders follow the standard shipping timeline.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer COD.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders once placed cannot be canceled.
Can I change my shipping address?
Address changes are not possible once the order is placed
How can I track my order?
To check your order status, please log in using the email address you used when placing the order. Go to your profile and view your order history. Tracking information will be available once your order has been shipped. Click the tracking link provided for detailed delivery updates. Please note: Delivery status updates are available through the tracking link, not on our website.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. For international orders, consider having it shipped to a friend’s place or someone who will be visiting you soon.

We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours. Our customer care team is available from 10:00 AM to 5:00PM from Monday through Friday and will get back to you as soon as possible on the next business day if you contact us over the weekend.
