Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
- We only offer standard shipping currently and your order will reach you within 10-14 business days across India and within 4-10 business days across Mumbai.
- Business days do not include weekends and bank holidays.
- We do not offer express shipping.
- We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Addresses cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
- Reshipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.
- We request you to crosscheck all the details before placing your order.
- Please note that the phone number provided during checkout is used solely to assist delivery agents in locating the address, not for delivery confirmation or notifications. It is not madatory that a call will be placed in case the address is incorrect or incomplete. Please enter correct details at checkout.
- We are not responsible for refunds, returns, or store credit if a package delivery fails, gets lost in transit, or is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
- Please inform us within 1 business day via email at help@styxways.com if your parcel shows ‘delivered but you have not received it. If you reach out to us beyond this time, we will not be able to raise a query with our courier partners.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. For international orders, consider having it shipped to a friend’s place or someone who will be visiting you soon.
