Refund policy

GENERAL


  • Orders once placed  cannot be cancelled. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • Returns are subject to our return policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the specified requirements.
  • While we're not responsible for delays caused by the courier, we'll do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
  • Please inform us within 1 business day via email at help@styxways.com if your parcel shows ‘delivered but you have not received it. If you reach out to us beyond this time, we will not be able to raise a query with our courier partners. 
  • Please note that the phone number provided during checkout is used solely to assist delivery agents in locating the address, not for delivery confirmation or notifications. It is not madatory that a call will be placed in case the address is incorrect or incomplete. Please enter correct details at checkout.
  • We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours.  Our customer care team is available from 10:00 AM to 5:00PM from Monday through Friday and will get back to you as soon as possible on the next business day if you contact us over the weekend.

 

ADDRESS CHANGE

  • Addresses cannot be changed once the order has been placed.  
  • We are not responsible for refunds, returns, or store credit if a package delivery fails, gets lost in transit, or is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incompleteinformation provided by the customer.

APPAREL 

Returns: 

  • Please write to us at help@styxways.com for returns within 3 business days of receiving your order. 
  • Mail subject line should have 'RETURN - name - order number'. Please attach a photo of the product.
  • Please wait till we confirm via mail that the return is possible. Post that you will have to courier it back within 3 days of the confirmation. 
  • The returned items need to be sent in the same condition it was received in, with the original packing.
  • As we do not have a reverse pickup facility, you will need to cover the shipping costs. 
  • Once we verify that the package has been returned while fulfilling the above-mentioned conditions, you will receive store credit for the amount paid. Please note that this is not a bank refund. (Scroll down to know how to use store credit) 
  • Alternatively store credit can be directly credited if you have created a profile on our website that can be redeemed at checkout.
  • Sale items cannot be returned.


Exchanges: 

  • We do not offer any exchanges at the moment. 


Refunds:

  • Please write to us at help@styxways.com for refunds within 3 days of receiving your order. 
  • Mail subject line should have ‘REFUND - name - order number’. 
  • Please attach a complete unedited unboxing video (mandatory)  of the product and clearly capture the damages if any. We appreciate your honesty in this process. Refunds will not be initiated without an unboxing video. 
  • Once we verify the video and details, we shall initiate a pickup. 
  • The refund will be processed once the return reaches us.

PROCESSING STORE CREDIT 

How to access and use your store credit. (Only offered for returns): 

  • Once your returns are verified, we’ll send the store credit to your registered e-mail ID. 
  • The email will contain a unique code. This code represents the exact amount credited to you, excluding shipping charges.
  • Apply this code at checkout while making your next purchase. 
  • Ensure the cart value exceeds the coupon value by at least INR 10. 
  • There’s no expiry on the store credit, so shop when you like!
  • Please check your SPAM or Promotions Folder if you don’t find the email.
  • Alternatively store credit can be directly credited if you have created a profile on our website that can be redeemed at checkout.

JEWELLERY 


We do not offer any returns or exchanges on jewelry due to hygiene reasons. Please check all details before placing your order.
