Returns & Refunds
Customers must email help@styxways.com within 3 business days of receiving their order with the subject line “RETURN – name – order number” and attach a photo of the product. Wait for confirmation before sending the item back within 3 days of approval.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and shipping must be arranged and covered by the customer.
Once verified, customers receive a store credit coupon (not a bank refund), which can be used at checkout if a profile is created on the website.
Sale items are not eligible for return.

Shipping Policy
We currently offer standard shipping only, and orders reach within 10–14 business days across India (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, and addresses cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers must bear reshipping costs if needed.
Please enter complete and correct address details, as parcels with incomplete addresses will take significantly longer to process than our standard shipping timelines.
We are not responsible for lost, failed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete information.
